Question

Hi, I have RUT router for testing working WAN and GSM backup. I can not find latest FW update and direct update from UI of router can not find it too.Next thing after start working with router I cannot find setting for WAN....there are only seting for WAN hostname. I dont know what I changed....but was active button "interface" where was possible set WAN. After restet to default button "interface" is miss again. What is magic for activate button "interface"?

Next thing some times when I click to some item the wheel spins and spins, for example more than 30 min....I have to re connect to UI.

you can download the latest firmware version and upload in to the router manually straight from our wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT241_Firmware_Downloads

Regarding the WAN interface, you changed the configuration mode to Basic and are only able to see less options. Click the text BASIC at the top right corner and it should fix the issue.

Regarding the spinning wheel, try to see if the same issue would occur with 7.4.2 FW as I would assume it should not
