Good afternoon

I have created a new user role in RMS.

When trying to connect to VPN through your application "Teltonika RMS VPN" if the user is assigned this role, I get the error "Unable to fetch company info". If for this role I specify all possible permissions that the error remains. If I set the user to the administrator role, then everything connects without errors.

The company for this role is specified

Is the issue still relevant?

I have tried to replicate the issue you have described, but did not encounter it.

Does it happen with certain companies, or any company the role is assigned for?

Did the issue occur on Windows or macOS?

Could you tell the name of your RMS company?

Yes, the problem still persists.

I have only one company #67973. (Role: Tehnik)

OS Windows 11.

RMS VPN 0.9.0.6

I can see the vpn profile through the program

but when I try to connect I get an error
