HI,

I have activated a brand new RUT951 router today and added it to RMS but it uses the RMS credit instead of the 30 days grace period allowed. Router S/N is 1125757783 for you to check.

I suppose that brand new router has a 30 days free usage of RMS but this is not.

Can you please clarify?

Hello,

If the device was not bought directly from Teltonika, but through some reseller, there is a possibility that the device was previously added to RMS.

Could you please tell, where did you get this device from?

Hello,
we do normally buy devices from Aikom here in Italy. Actually it appeared to me brand new from factory with no evidence of previous usage.

Hi ,

this issue is appeared again on a brand new router SN 1125758060 added few minutes ago to RMS. RUT951 reports  Expired License but.

I'm thinking that the 30 days free period for a new router is not more valid. Isn't it?

Can you please check it?
