we wanted to add credits to the company's balance on the RMS portal. In order to purchase RMS portal credits through one of the providers, it was necessary to specify the RMS portal email address. My colleague did not have a user account on the RMS portal, so he created one. When I tried to add it to the company's profile on the portal, it did not allow it for that reason, because apparently only those users who have not yet registered in the system can be added.
My colleague tried to change the email from work email to his personal one. But it still doesn't allow him to be invited to the company profile. It says that such an email is already taken.
How we can add my colleague to the company profile?
There are credits in the user account, so we want to transfer them to the company's balance.
