Hi, I am facing a critical issue with my TRB255 router and desperately seek your help. While performing a firmware update, an unexpected power outage occurred, resulting in the router becoming unresponsive. I have attempted a reboot and followed the provided instructions for such scenarios, but none of the router's lights are illuminating.

This malfunction is severely disrupting my work and connectivity, and I kindly request any guidance or suggestions you can offer to resolve this problem. If the situation requires hardware repair or replacement, I would appreciate advice on the appropriate course of action.

Hello,

Recovery via bootloader menu is the last resort option. If it does not help to get the device to working state, please return it to your reseller for warranty repair or replacement.
