Hi!

I have the Rut955 LTE (fw 06.08.5) with configured modbus-gateway on rs232. It is works normally.

But after a few weeks  data stoped comming.

In logread :

I compared output dmesg in "normal" Rut955 and my "defective" Rut955 and save in included files.

Can it be restored?

Hello,

This is most likely a hardware failure and requires a repair or replacement.

Could you login to the device via CLI/SSH and share the output of the following commands:

• ls /dev
• hexdump -C /dev/mtdblock1

The CPU does not see RS232.

Your go to action is to get a replacement.
