Regarding the last message on RMS "Starting with June 19th, all devices will need to reach additional IP addresses and ports in order to connect to RMS.", it seems we would need to set new IP adresses ?
It has to be done on each and every routers linked to RMS at the moment or all the devices linked to them also ?
How could that be done ?
Thank you very much for your help !

Hello,

This statement mostly concerns users, who use our devices in private networks without a public internet access and only whitelist RMS IP addresses. In this case, you'd need to contact your network provider and ask them to whitelist the additional IP address and ports.

However, if your devices have access to a public internet, nothing needs to be additionally.

And just to clarify, nothing needs to be changed on the device itself, the change may only be needed for private networks.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!
