Hi, When i try to connect to device gui i get this message . My device is RUT240 , how to fix this ?

When i try connect i get this message :

WebUI is reachable = ok

Could you send a serial number and a troubleshot file from your device (can be downloaded from router's WebUI System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot page) in a private message?
