Dear, I have a problem registering my rut240 in the rms platform. It throws me the following text:
"Device with 1116954248 at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information."
The router to connect to rms tells me the following:
"Failure (Device is not registered in RMS. Please login to rms.teltonika-networks.com and add this device to your account device list)"
How can i fix this? since I bought it I have not been able to configure it in rms
