Hi Team,

Noticed the attached changes is going to happen in RMS.

Will this affect the existing RMS connections?

Hello,

Kindly note there is no reason to be worried if you are in public network. If you are in private network, you must ask ISP provider to add the additional IP addresses & ports required to connect to RMS.

Please keep in mind that extra IP addresses & ports are now needed for separating the traffic that is coming on the RMS in order to reduce lags and delays.

We would like to kindly inform you that a notification has already been sent via email and the changes have been applied on the RMS platform a few days ago. 

If you did not receive the email notification. It is possible that you are not subscribed to the RMS newsletter, as we cannot spam to all clients to avoid spamming. We encourage clients to subscribe to the RMS newsletter through their account to ensure they receive important updates via email.
