Hi,

I have a RUT200 with one LAN port and one WAN port.

I want to use at standard setup with following address:

Gateway: 172.17.2.1

DHCP: 172.17.2.101 - 172.17.2.120 (wifi)

Static: 172.17.2.100 (LAN port)

I want to use 172.17.2.101 - 172.17.2.120 for Wifi and static 172.17.2.100 for the wired LAN port.

I tried to follow the description in question "Need assistance with setting up static IP on port" but this is not working for me.

Are you able to describe the setup more detailed you did in the old answer?

Hello,

Login to the router's WebUI, navigate to Network -> Interfaces -> General. Edit LAN interface settings, it should be configured as follows:

Maybe I am not defining the setup correctly.

Using your setup connecting one device to WiFi and one device to the wired LAN i get following:

Gateway: 172.17.2.100 (for both devices)

Device on WiFi: 172.17.2.116

Device on LAN (wired): 172.17.2.117

---------

My goal is to get:

Gateway: 172.17.2.1

Devices on WiFi: 172.17.2.101 ... 172.17.2.120

I am only connecting one device to the wired LAN port at this device must always get 172.17.2.100. I need to ensure that a device connected to the psycical LAN port always get this ip address.

I hope my setup is more clear know.
