Hello,

Please can you specify what kind of product it is?
This may be due to incorrect antennas , here you can find information about which third-party antennas you can use Teltonika-Networks devices: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Third-party_Antennas

Please attach a troubleshoot file send it in a private message, make sure the issue is present before generating the file (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there).

As temporary so that you don't have to reboot the product every time , you can try to configure auto-reboot: connect to the webUI and navigate to Services →Auto Reboot→Ping/Wget Reboot (if you do not see mentioned windows, make sure advanced webUI mode is enabled) and edit the existing configuration.
In the pop-up windows apply the following configuration:
•Enable: ON
•Type: Ping
•Action if no echo is received: Modem reboot
•Host to ping: 8.8.8.8
•Everything else, leave as it is
•Save & Apply

Best regards,

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

The logs in the file might provide more insight into the issue.

Attached files are private and visible only to Teltonika Moderators.

Best regards,
