Hello Problem of remote access with RMS and a RUT240.

The RUT is online.

We have choosen VNC protocol.

The 5900 port is open on my Laptop and on the machine PC.

When we create a connection, RMS answers bad configuration and time out.

What operating system is being accessed via the VNC protocol?

Perhaps the remote control has been disabled on the PC in question?

Could you try accessing it from the LAN network using a third-party VNC client?

Are you being requested credentials and only time-out afterward?
