Hello, while using new VIP Helpdesk I have found it impossible to choose "Product Group" when creating new Ticket. There are no products groups available when clicking this selector, and I tried typing: Routers, TRB245 (my device), Gateways, Industial Gateways and so on...
Because of that I cant create new ticket.

Any help will be appreaciated :)

Perhaps you could try opening Helpdesk in an Incognito window or a different browser to check if the issue could be cache related?

If that is not the case, please message me via a private message and we will sort everything out!

I have the same issue.  As soon as I type anything, I get "Nothing found" and I can't create a ticket.  I tried with Chome, Incognito window, Firefox and Safari on IOS.
