Hi,

Not sure what happened. It was working and now it is not.

I have deleted the device from my RMS profile and re-added it. Same error.

Hello,

As error explain, device do not have an RMS license. Each device which is added first time to RMS receives 1 free RMS license which is valid for 30days (1 month) after that licsense expires and if RMS company to which devices is added do not have RMS licenses devices is no long monitored in RMS. Also we recommend going to Licenses -> Device Monitoring and see if monitoring is turn on if not try to turn on, if you have RMS licenses monitoring will be turn on if not, then you need to buy RMS licenses in order to monitor your device. RMS licenses can be bought directly from Teltonika or from other companies, which can be found here: https://teltonika.lt/product/rms/#where_to_buy

Also, if devices was online for long time and you just now turn on monitoring for it in RMS, reboot device.
