Dear Forum - I've got a RUTX11 which reports internal modem unreachable. Please see attached troubleshoot file.

Router / wifi part works good. I've already tried a factory reset + fw upgrade to latest with no change.

3G + 4G led is flashing.

Running mctl -s reports OK
Running mctl -p reports OK

Hi,

It seems that the modem has failed.

The router still has a valid warranty but only for another 9 days, so I would recommend reaching out to the location of purchase and sending the device in for warranty repair ASAP

The modem is unreachable from the router from what I can see in the logs

Thank you - I've initiate a warranty repair with the reseller (DUSTIN SWEDEN), and I've just dropped of the package at the post office.
