while our RUT240 devices with 7.03.4 are able to connect cda.vodafone.de (PAP), one device with update to 7.04.3 isn't
systemlog shows "timeout 3000" without any further hint to the problem
Vodafone tech doesn't see a connection attempt by this device

Hello,

Please, replicate the issue by inserting the SIM card and configuring APN, PIN, and other relevant mobile settings. Then, allow the device a few minutes to try and establish a connection. Afterwards, download a troubleshoot file from System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot. Attach the file by editing your question. The attached files are only visible to Teltonika moderators.
