Hi,

Does the rut 240 has a internal real time clock?

What happen to the modem time if modem loss power and it's in a zome when it doesn't have internet for NTP sinc?

In that case, does the modem time has an internal clock that take over so upon reboot time is still ok? or drift by how long modem lost power for?

Hi, there's no RTC inside RUT240 so yes - time drift will occur in case device is powered down (and it will occur just in general).

You'll need to rely on NTP service to make sure time is correct on your router. There's an option to try and sync time with your mobile carrier, might be useful for you as well in case syncing time using generic NTP servers is not an option and you're using mobile connectivity on that router:
