Hey,

I am new to the RMS feature, we are planning to roll out a lot of the RUT240 modems, and im curious about what we can do to have the RUT240 preset remotely to our configurations when the system is turned on for the first time

So far i can get the RMS to backup the RUT240 systems that have connected once to the RMS already. But i was hoping to add the serials to the RMS on purchase, and set the configuration backup to remotely download when they are turned on for the first time. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

Routers should firstly connect to RMS.

Then you can add configuration files (backup) for them and it will be uploaded if they are online or will wait until they again appear online.
