Hi,
We are having a setup according to simple sketch below, where sensor sends http get requests to control router's digital output ON/OFF, which switches relay ON/OFF accordingly. However, how simple the system is, we are still having issues with the router's output, because it is not switching every time when sensor sends http get request to the router. Wireshark capture below is taken from the case when first http get worked (output, thus relay turned on), and the second one (output and relay off) didn't worked, even though captures are identical with each other. So what maybe the cause of this unreliability, and why rut240 ignores some of the http get requests?

In addition we have tested the sensor e.g. with laptop's local server, and verified that it truly sends http get requests with 100% reliability. We have also tested router's output by spamming http get requests with simple script, and when laptop sends those exact requests, router's output works every time. Problem is rather bizarre, because both of devices (router and the sensor) works separately, but not together.

Wireshark capture below shows that there is something fishy on the http response (not recognized as HTTP, responses body is missing), and may this be the reason why router doesn't know how to act and when to switch the output?  Is there any idea why the response is not "complete", and how we could overcome this problem?

Hi,

It's tricky. I tried testing it myself and it seems to work fine. But you also mentioned that it worked fine under other conditions.

Would it be possible to arrange a remote connection session via AnyDesk or TeamViewer to a PC that has access to the configured topology (the conditions under which the errors occur)? If so, can you send me a private message so that we can arrange the details?

Perhaps a Teltonika engineer will able to identify the source of the issue when he/she has live access to the malfunctioning system.
