I've got a load of RUT955's running firmwares RUT9XX_R_00.03.985 and RUT9XX_R_00.05.00.5 and have a event log, events reporting, mobile data connected email sending config set, so an email address receives an email every time one of our fleet of routers gets a new public IP address (these routers are located in field based equipment where remote access is required - they register with a ddns provider and send an email as a backup form of being able to still find the device if ddns registration fails or the ddns provider has downtime)
we've just purchased a number of new RUT955s which are running HW revision 1610 and Firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.03.2 (so I cannot roll back prior to 06.02.0 I believe)
I cannot get the router to log a "mobile data connected" event, which then triggers an email ie (copied from all event log on a working router)

what I actually get is just this

113N 2019-07-04 13:28:43 Network Type Joined 3G WCDMA

as it never records a mobile data connected event, it never triggers the email sending
Any help or advise would be greatly appriciated
