Maybe this is your network operator issue.

If its a mobile connection, check if you got the correct APN address. This information is found on the sim card provider's website.

If the public IP address displayed on your RUT955 router is not the same as the one displayed on a website such as whatismyip.com, there could be several reasons for this discrepancy:

1# Network Configuration: The public IP address displayed on your RUT955 may be a local IP address assigned to the router by your network, while the address displayed on whatismyip.com is the public IP address assigned to your internet service provider (ISP). To check your public IP address, you can connect a device directly to the internet (without going through the router) and check the IP address on whatismyip.com.

2# NAT (Network Address Translation): If your RUT955 is behind a network using NAT, the router's public IP address will be different from the IP address of the device connected to the internet. In this case, the router acts as a gateway, translating the private IP addresses of connected devices to a single public IP address.

3# Router Configuration: Make sure that the router is configured to obtain an IP address automatically from your ISP. If the router is set to use a static IP address, the address may not be the correct public IP address assigned by your ISP.

4# ISP Configuration: Your ISP may be using carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT), which assigns multiple private IP addresses to a single public IP address. In this case, even if the router is configured correctly, the public IP address displayed on your router will be different from the one displayed on whatismyip.com.

If you're still experiencing an issue with the public IP address displayed on your RUT955, you may need to contact your ISP or the manufacturer of the router for further assistance.
