I made a reset on a rut240 can not log on to the router with user: admin and password: admin01 have checked everything, lock key have also tried the old password, unfortunately, no success, you still have an idea

Hello,

Have you tried resetting the router again? If it didn't help, try upgrading the router's firmware via the bootloader menu. You will find Instructions on how to do that here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/index.php?title=RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Yes I make a firmware update and now I can log on and change the password thanks a lot
