I have 2 isp and 2 routers cisco and teltonika rut 950. They have 2 diffrent static ip. Form cisco side i can ping everything but from teltonika i cant ping cisco main interface. I can ping other ip from same subnet but not ip that is on cisco interface. When i put same ip address form cisco interface to some device (loptop) then ping gones fine from teltonika. My question is. Is there some kind of rule or firewall setting that dont allow me to ping cisco interface ip address ?

Hello,

If issue persist only on Cisco device, I would strongly recommend You to check Cisco device inbound firewall rules.
