HI !

I encounter a problem when I try the add a RUT95x to our RMS dashboard, the device is marked as duplicate serial and mac address.
I have seen in some post that could mean that our device have already been registered in an RMS but it's nor our RMS.
How can I reset the RUT settings to any RMS it has been added to before ?

Hello,

Could you please provide last 4 digits of your routers serial number and last 4 symbols of MAC address?

The last 4 for digit of serial are 6679
the last 4 for mac are 2C:AB

Yes this device is registered in RMS. Could you generate troubleshoot file and send it to me via the private message?

Now you should be able to register your device, let me know if it works.

I was able to add the device to the RMS, I got no more error messages.
