As per some other posts I have an RUT950 here that as never been used with RMS and is giving me the following connection error:

Failure (Error: Device serial number duplicate! Contact manufacturer.)

How can I resolve this?

Hi,

Please check if you are using correct router serial number and correct LAN MAC address.

If issue persist, send me a private message with troubleshoot package from your router.

Yes, Serial no./ MAC were cut and pasted from router so should be correct.

I had used the WAN mac previously.  I have now changed it to LAN and it has connected however it is showing as not activated in RMS...

It has now updated and all seems well.
