Hi,
I'd like to add in the RMS alert text, the mobile IP information but I didn't find the string that this field.

Just looking at this fields list, while there is the %wi related to WAN IP, I didn't find the code related to mobile IP.

It will show you mobile IP if mobile is used as Main WAN.

Or are you using wired/wifi WAN? If so, then please tell me what issue you want to solve.

I've started using this router just now, so may be I did somethings wrong.
Anyway, I'm using only wifi for LAN access and my configuration is this one:

my alert configuration is


when the router goes offline (i.e. change of mobile public IP) I get this email that doesn't report the public IP

Hi,

some notes, your router do not have public IP, it has private IP.

Router went to offline, so it doesn't have internet and do not have IP.

Please check DDNS option, I think it should help in your case:https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT950_Dynamic_DNS

Hi,
the same happens when the router change its status from offline to online.
Anyway I understand the alert have a field for rapresent the WAN IP address and not the mobile or private IP, even the router should know it, at least when it became online.
