Hello,

I have an RUT955 that is showing duplicate mac and serial in RMS. I have used this device before but deregistered it. the issue is the device is on a vehicle in another country so getting a trouble shoot file would be difficult.

the last digits of the Numbers are

s/n: 1927

Mac: c2:c9

Hello,

From your provided information we see that this device is added to RMS and currently is online. To add device to RMS please check S/N and MAC numbers by navigating to the routers WebUI and go to System -> Administration -> Monitoring there you will find S/N and MAC number of the device. If you want to add this router to other RMS companu, then first you need to remove it and then re-add.
