Is it possible to change the IMEI on an RUTX09?

To be confirmed, but I believe my 4G network provider does not SIM Lock or assign PIN's to SIM's, but does IMEI filtering at the base station.  Is it possible to change the IMEI (and back again) on the RUX09 to masquerade as another device on the network?

Hello,

No it is not possible. Also, changing IMEI is considered as illegal action in some countries, since IMEI is hardware parameter which allows to identify particular mobile (2G/3G/LTE) module.
