I need to put rut950 in public space with lots of different people rotation and am looking for options to give everyone access to WiFi while putting some limits on speed.
I saw hotspot option but it requires to login. Is it possible to create base limit per user/device without requiring user to authenticate?

Hi,

You can set limits simply via QoS: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT950_QoS

Select LAN interface. 

Be noted, in this way limits will appear on Wired LAN and Wireless LAN sides.

Or use Hotspot Authentication mode: MAC auth and set limit in session settings.
