firmware update from RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.3 over web gui not working

Hello,

When trying to update rut 950 from versin 00.06.04.3 to 04.5, it opens blank web page and it stuck.

How am I supposed to update it then, not possible to connect directly?

Hello,

Are you upgrading firmware from the server or from the file?

Try connecting to router's Web GUI using private/incognito mode with cleared cache memory and then upgrade firmware.

Tried both from file and server...none working.
