Good morning

I've been using your routers for while now and once or twice a month the router wont remotely connect. Once logging in locally the network as dropped out or simply the router locks up and both issues are corrected by rebooting ..

Could you explain why this happening isit a fault with the router or am I missing a setting?

Hello,

Try using "ping reboot" function which can be found in Services -> Auto Reboot -> Ping reboot this function will check for internet access if there is no internet access router will reboot it self.
