Trying to set up rut950 with third party network extender (tp-link)

Tried to set it up with both hotspot enabled and disabled. I see that it gets ip address from hotspot for 1 second and is disconnected. Process repeats.
What am I missing?

Hello.

I did made some quick tests and I can connect to the WiFi of the office and provide internet to my notebook from the LAN of the RUT955.

We strongly recommend to check the wifi extender protocols, model, version and also check if the latest FW is installed on the RUT955

Regards

Thank you for looking into it.

Can you do the same with third party extender?

Currently there is rut950 with latest firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.5 and CPE210 TP-Link with latest software.
I tried connecting CPE210 to unify access point and had no issues (it is quite straight forward process)
With rut950 I used CPE210 inbuilt SID discovery and connected to the SID successfully.
Tried both bridge and repeater mode. No password. When I connect with phone in net analyzer app I see that I get ip address from hotspot for 1 second then it disconnects and immediately gets again

Hello. Sadly I have no 3rd party WiFi extenders at the office right now. Only the Access Point of the office.

Managed to set up with lan wifi without hotspot but since need to limit bandwidth per session its not an option
