Good evening. I purchased a RUT240 and should configure access from outside to the DVR. I entered the FIREWALL, PORT FORWARDING menu and created a new rule where I entered:
source zone: wan
external port: 1080
internal zone: lan
internal ip adrdess : the dvr ip
internal port: 80
enable nat loopback: yes
I left the other items by default.
Unfortunately, I can't connect from the smartphone via app or from the office computer via browser.
The resolution of the dynamic dns is carried out correctly.
the firmware is updated to version RUT2XX_R_00.01.10
Am I wrong?

If you're using dynamic DNS, are you able to reach RUT240 webui via domain name?

Are you able to reach dvr locally via router?

In dvr's network configuration, is router's IP specified as default gateway?

no, not even using directly the wan ip address. access via https is enabled on port 443. if I execute the resolution of dynamicdns the ip address is correct
