Hi,

We have a very unique issue. We had the router working on the normal SIM ( voice + data ), we did a switch over to M2M sim from the same operator . The router is not getting the IP. We did a extensive check with the Operator & they have confirmed that things are fine from their end .

Request Immediate support as we are blocked .

Your SIM will not work until it has been registered and activated.
All of M2M Sim service providers like Pod Group or Teltonika active that M2M sim when you purchases it from them.

Hello,

As in the previous post I assume you're using RUT240. Which FW version are you using now ? If not the latest release please upgrade at first. You can find FW versions here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT2xx_Firmware

Also make sure if the APN is correct.

If you're sure that settings are correct, got the latest FW version and it still doesn't connect please attach a trouble shoot file and PM me.
