Hi,

When I try to add a device with serial 1000325524, an error occurred.

"Duplicate serial number"

I never add this device on rms platform before.

but I haven't the web access for this router right now. I can only access with ssh.

You can download it also via SSH:

Enter this command:

root@Teltonika:~# troubleshoot.sh

Connect to router using WinSCP software:

File protocol: SCP

Host name: 192.168.1.1 (router IP address)

User name: root

Password: admin01 (or new WebUi password)

 

Go to /tmp directory and copy “troubleshoot.tar.gz” file.
