The operator state is Registered, but data connection is always Disconnected. The SIM is ok, because I tested it also on other devices. The APN is set correctly, the "deny roaming" option is deactivated.
In the logs I sometimes see some messages like these:

The problem started when I upgraded to firmware TRB1400_R_00.01.04 , but downgrading the firmware or resetting the device doesn't solve the problem.
What could it be?
