When trying to load the backup of a configuration of a device already installed in the field (with an earlier version) in one of these new (later version) it does not let me load it because it says that they are different firmware versions.

Can backups of a RUT955 be loaded in some other way with different firmware versions?

Hello,

backup files can be uploaded only from identical device with identical product code and same or lower firmware version (lowest 03.726).
