We have a RUT955.  During 1 month we have used a test licence for RMS with a dummy company name.

2 weeks ago, we purchased a 12 pack rms license.

It was set to the right company name.

I've redrawn the device from the dummy company RMS and added it to the right company RMS, where the licence pool is visible.

But I don't manage to get the device activated.  The setting of the RUT955 is OK (RMS enabled), pinging to 8.8.8.8 is OK, internet works just fine.

The device is in Congo, where only for this 4 days an engeneer can be reach.

Any help would bee appreciated.

Could you provide some screenshots and more details about your issue??
Also, did you unregister the devices on your dummy company name?

Yes, i unregistered the device on the dummy company and registered it afterwards on the real Companyimage

Sorry the image you provide seems to be unavailable.

Also could you try to this steps:
1. Unregister the device on your RMS
2. Disable RMS on RUT device Web UI and then reboot.
3. Enable RMS on RUT device again and now try connecting it to your RMS account.
