Hi,

Kindly download the latest firmware from this link: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUTXxx_Firmware and try to upgrade it via Web UI and upload it via file.

Regards,

Jerome

Hi Jerome, Yes I can do this however the hash for the downloaded file doesn't match your list for this firmware.

Hi, I am just saying that to fix this issue you most update to the latest firmware.

Before the firmware update: d2fc68ae4e7e1fe85601cb8ea97e8657
After the firmware update:    5b9433e22fd1b5647890d98238ae8381   if you try to reupdate the router.

Here are the list of fixes applied on the latest firmware.
Fixes:

  • Fixed operator name parsing
  • Fixed serial reading
  • Fixed SIM card PIN code setting
  • Fixed I/O event handling
  • Fixed backup save after device restart
  • GPS init script fixes
  • IPsec page rework
  • Failover/Load Balancing mobile interface fixes
  • L2TP/PPTP/SSTP configuration fixes
  • TX power save setting fixes
  • Refactored profiles functionality
  • Added write to config option in Call Utilities
  • Wireless config migration fix
  • Firmware checksum fix

Jerome

Thanks Jerome. How ironic that the firmware release has a checksum fix. I'm guessing that is why the router reports different hashes to those listed. Do we know if the wifi is affected by this version. Other posts seem to indicate it breaks. If thats the case I'd rather wait until that is resolved.
