Hi,

I've got a RUT955 enrolled with RMS. This has worked fine for a few days. Now the router is showing as "offline" in RMS even though I am still receiving data from devices that are connected to the router. What causes this please? 

Current firmware on router:

Router uptime 23 hours
Serial / MAC xxx
FW version RUT9XX_R_00.04.75
Product code RUT950HG1XXX
Batch number/ HW revision 0046 / 1105

I have set all routers to reboot daily and this "fixes" (hides) the connectivity issue with RMS.

Firmware version 5.02.5 tested but not working for me so staying with 4.75.
