Hi just uploaded a puttygen ppk to pem converted file on the rut950 :
the https ui access is still done with previous self generated certificate.

I also have tried after rebooting the modem.

Hello,

Please generate .crt and .key files from .pem and then connect to the router via WinSCP and upload .crt and .pem files to /etc/ folder (I suggest naming them uhttpd.crt and uhttpd.key and overwriting files that are already in /etc/)

After that restart uhttpd service (/etc/init.d/uhttpd restart) and router should be using your new certificates.

There is a great tutorial on how to generate certificates using Certbot and then upload them to OpenWRT based routers, I would also suggest you take a look at it:
