After updating RUT240 to firmware RUT2XX_R__00.01.11.1 I can't reach the WebUI . The computer is connected via WLAN to RUT240. What can I do?

Hi,

  • Can you reach the WebUI via Ethernet? If so, can you login, download the Troubleshoot file from System → Administration → Troubleshoot and send it to me via private message?
  • Can you reach the WebUI via WiFi using another device (e.g., phone, other laptop)?
  • Have you tried rebooting the router? 
  • Did you use the 'Keep settings' option for FW upgrade? If yes, are you sure you are using the right IP address?
  • If nothing else works, you can always perform a factory reset.

Hello,

If you are connected by WLAN, you need to find the gateway IP, it's the router IP.

Depending of your OS, you can get this information from internet.

Just type in google "find my gateway IP [Your OS (Windows, linux or MAC)]"
