License and Monitor enabled but offline

Both have license and monitoring enabled but they show as offline

I have 2 devices connected, 1 device I can connect to via HTTP the other I am unable to connect to.

both are configured the same except the IP address are different

I can connect to 1 device with no issue, unable to connect to the 2nd device

it appears to have resolved itself with 3 reboots, thanks for the assist
