Hello I have upgraded my firmware to 6.04.5 version

And every time I hang up, I reset and I have to log in with the default password, even though I have already set a password before.

Also I get error on WAN connection saying "WAN failover" my sim card is working perfectly in my cell phone. Prior to the upgrade it worked fine.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me, or have a way for me to go back in the old version of the firmware.

Thanks

Hello,

Could you please clarify the issue you are having? Have you tried to factory reset the device? What do you mean by hang up and reset? Could you please send me a picture of the error? Also it would be great if you could send me troubleshoot file, which you can find System>Administration>Troubleshoot.

You can send me all the details via private message, I will be more than happy to help you.

In case you want to downgrade, you can find the software here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware
All the previous software versions are in the Change Log section.

Thank you for you support

The issue is that after upgrade my firmware to latest version every single time I shut it off the router I have to reconfigure everything again, like (Setup Wizard).

If I downgrade the firmware will it cost me something,  like performance?

Please help me.

And I get the Following error:

WAN failover status Failover link is enabled

It really depends on what version you will be using, but if you downgrade you will lose new features or fixes. Also, when you downgrade all of the settings will be lost. You can Find more information about software versions here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

Regarding the "error" it is not an error, that is an indication showing that Failover feature is enabled. You can find more details about that here:
https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT955_WAN#Failover_Configuration

Before you downgrade, I would highly suggest you to restore the router to its factory settings. You can do that by going to System>Administration>General, scroll down to the very bottom, there will be a section called
