Hi, on the RMS Management console it show 1 of 2 of our devices as being online, yet I can see the offline unit is connected via GPS.
when trying the connect the the online device the WebUI, i get the following error on the web page
Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct.
any ideas on why only 1 of 2 devices are active (they are in the same area of a building within feet of each other),
and why the WebUI is failing.
