Measured RUT850 Sleep mode power consumption ~15 mA @12V  is much higher than specified in teltonika wiki (https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Power_consumption_of_RUT850).

tested with RUT850_R_00.01.03.5_WEBUI.bin and RUT850_T_F1085_00.01.03.158_WEBUI.bin
