Please see the previous question about this. I Extracted the certificate from backup and it shows that the new certificate You mentioned is not installed with the firmware 6.04.5

Hi,

Can you tell me the router's product code? You can look it up on the router's sticker, packaging or in the WebUI, Status → Device page.
