Hello,

We are using RUTX09 device, updated to the last firmware (RUTX_R_00.02.00.2).

A video cam is connected to the LAN and the RUTX09 is connected thru 4G WAN to our office by using OpenVPN. The video cam has an embedded web site for the video display and the cam also uses Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP).

From office, we have access to the camera with a web browser (port 80 & 433) but, in our case, we would like to block any RTSP stream from LAN to the 4G WAN/OpenVPN.

On the RUTX09 web interface there is a Traffic Rules submenu and also an empty user script to add specific rules to the firewall.

What is the best way to permanently add this rule to block any RTSP stream (port 554) from LAN to the 4G WAN/OpenVPN?

An example with the right syntax will be very appreciated.

Regards,

YAGA

Hello,

just add new Traffic rules -> Forward rule with REJECT or DROP action and specify parameters such as port, source and destination zones.

Hello Simonas,

Thanks for your answer but I only can modify an existing rule and I have not found a button to add a new rule...

Is it from this page ? : https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/File:Networking_rutx09_rutx11_manual_firewall_traffic_rules_configuration_v1.png
