Hi,

we've been using RMS for a week now and stumbled upon a discomfort.
As we use the teltonika routers with mobile cards on ships who cross the border rather often, we get a lot of emails that the ship is offline and a minute later we get the message that the ship is online again. Due to this load of emails, we notice that we actually stopped reading or checking the emails as it is normal behaviour.
Is there a possibility to change the settings on the time when an email is sent to for example if a connection is down for over 5 minutes?

Do you mean RMS alerts? If so, please check "Enable redundancy protection":

Hi,

this is what I mean indeed, but these alerts we get are default and I can't seem to change them.
My alerts are empty, so it seems I can't change these.

Correction, that was what I needed indeed, but I just couldn't change the alerts so had to remake them.
